First of all: I am working at an aids organisation, so I know the dangers of hiv-aids.
Secondly: I do NOT agree that people watching bare back movies will be stimulated to have un safe sex. It is just like watching a hardcore SM movie doesn't stimulate someone to do such things on his own.

For me, bareback videos are STILL hot, I love to see the real cum-eating stuff. But such movies, or movies with such scenes are not allowed to be nominated at gay video awards.

So what is your opinion. Should we get a special awards event for movies that DOES include such scenes?

Or maybe I should start it on my own ? :P

There are the SPOOGIE AWARDS. :-) Studios like Treasure Island tend to win them in numbers. Plowed won 6 awards in 2004 if I am correct.
Happy Jacking!

Congratulations that you personally don't think that. I like all kinds of porn, bareback and safe sex, but I think they are separate styles, like amateur versus mainstream productions, or bear titles versus twink titles. Each has an audience, and there is some cross over too. This is a free speech issue really. There are no laws against portraying barebacking, so it's legal of course and should be reviewed for quality etc. But there are some activities in barebacking that cannot be accomplished in safe sex videos. There used to be a saying, "Come On Me, Not In Me", when describing what a person might wish to say to a hook up just before engaging in any type of sex, risky or otherwise. In bareback movies, guys are dripping cum from their butt holes, while another guy licks it off. That can't be done in safe sex movies, so the two genres need their own awards, or at the least, their own separate divisions of awards.

Hello All, i am new here so please be gentle. I have been a fan of porn for many years, going back to the early Catalina movies when William Higgins directed movies here in the USA.
The introduction of condoms in the 80's and then the re-introduction of barebacking in porn is really just the natural cycle taking place.
People can watch nocondom movies and still go use a condom in real life. I actually get a little extra tingle in my balls when I see a condomless cum shot onto a guys mouth. BUT I do not do that in my own life unless its with a boyfriend in a LTR.
Thats my choice as it is evrymans.
Guys will have raw sex in real life as well as pornos, thats just the way the world is.
I for one think a movie that deserves an award because it is HOT should not be left out just because it shows raw sex.
Thats just me...
Thanks
